Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile. The required education is different for each position. Senior roles require relevant master’s or professional qualifications.
Accepted fields include management sciences, business administration, public administration, public health, health policy, finance, law, computer science, journalism, communication, statistics, data science and other related subjects.
The Director Finance position accepts qualifications such as CA, ACCA, ICMA, MBA Finance or MS Finance. Medical and quality assurance positions may require MBBS, BDS, allied medical sciences, public health or health planning qualifications.
Experience requirements also depend on the position. Director-level posts require at least 12 years of relevant experience. Most manager positions require at least eight years of work experience.
Many officer and support positions require around three years of related experience. Previous customer service or telecommunication experience is preferred for the Telephone Operator position.
The maximum age limits are:
- Up to 55 years for the three director positions.
- Up to 45 years for manager positions from serial number 4 to 9.
- Up to 40 years for positions from serial number 10 to 19.
- Up to 35 years for the Telephone Operator position.

Applicants must first create an ETEA profile. They must then print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA system and get their CNIC verified through a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying or paying the fee.
The online form will become available on 5 August 2026. After submitting the application, candidates will receive a deposit slip containing the token number, project code and personal information.
The required test fee can be paid through the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent or a UBL Bank branch. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another application.
